At Lureto Dom, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
We offer free returns for eligible returns in accordance with the conditions below.
1. 30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product should be:

In its original packaging where reasonably possible;

Complete, including any accessories or accompanying items;

Free from damage caused by use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.
You do not need to provide a reason for returning a product under our 30-day voluntary return policy.
2. Free Returns
We provide free returns for eligible products returned within the 30-day return period.
Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return label.
Do not send products to the return address without first contacting us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

4. Return Condition
You may inspect and handle a product in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical store.
If a product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may be entitled to reduce the refund to reflect any resulting loss in value, where permitted by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would like a different product, size or variation, please contact us at info@lureto-dom.com.
Depending on availability, we may offer an exchange. In some cases, we may instead ask you to return the original product and place a new order.
7. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may be excluded from our voluntary 30-day return policy where returns are not reasonably possible or where an exception applies under applicable law.
This may include, depending on the product:

Personalised or custom-made products;

Products that are sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons where the seal has been broken;

Products that deteriorate rapidly or are perishable;

Digital products where applicable;

Other products that are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Where a product is excluded from returns, this will be communicated before or during the purchase process where required.
8. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This statutory right is separate from and does not reduce the additional 30-day return period offered by Lureto Dom.
During the statutory withdrawal period, you may generally withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Nothing in this Return Policy limits or replaces your statutory consumer rights.

9. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Our 30-day return policy does not replace your legal rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, does not conform to your order or is otherwise not as required by applicable law, please contact us at info@lureto-dom.com.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory rights.
10. Returns From Outside the European Union
Customers outside the European Union may also use our 30-day return policy where returns are available for their destination.
We will provide return instructions when you contact us.
Any customs procedures or other requirements applicable to international returns must be followed.
Where our free-return service is available internationally, we will provide the applicable return instructions. If free returns are not available for a particular destination, we will inform you before requiring you to arrange a return.
